And the winner is…………..

As every year there are several prizes to be given to the Alchimia alumni.
This year there was a new one and we want to start there.

This prize, we can call it the METALFIN AWARD is sponsored by the company Metalfin S.r.l., Firenze
and consists in one kilo of pure silver. In this way the company wants to support the creative force of our students and also encourage the use of precious metals in contemporary jewellery.

The prize was selected by Mrs Elisa Lo Monaco from Metalfin and Lucia Massei director of Alchimia

But this was of course not the only prize that has been awarded and it is difficult to choose the ranking for all that has been going on in this last days of the school year 2013/14.

The Marzee Graduation Show.

As every year Marie Jose van der Hout, founder and director of Galerie Marzee was invited to our exhibition to choose the participants in the Marzee Grauation Show, which is a really unique event.  The pieces present in this exhibition is chosen amongst the grad work of the most important Universities in the world and being part of it is one of the desires of every student in contemporary jewelry.

Alchimia Award 2014

Every year Alchimia grants this prize, which consists in the acquisition of a piece of jewellery for the Alchimia collection to a student in his/her last year of education.
